<ul>
<li>Pomegranates and pomegranate juice to reduce inflammation and has antioxidant properties.</li>
<li>Eating four to five small meals daily to allow for proper supply of protein and carbs to muscles.</li>
<li>Drink more water! This helps flush out toxins.</li>
<li>Avoid or limit green peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and white potatoes in your diet. These foods contain solanine which interferes with enzymes in the muscles.</li>
<li>Limit intake of saturated fats that slow down circulation throughout the body.</li>
<li>Avoids sugars. These promote fatigue, increase pain, and disturb sleep.</li>
<li>Maintain a regular exercise program. Exercise promotes health in the entire body.</li>
<li>Sleep.</li>
<li>After waking up in the morning, take a hot shower or bath to promote circulation.</li>
</ul>
<p>These are all things that a person suffering from fibromyalgia should consider and implement. Adjusting your lifestyle to accommodate your illness needs to be done to help promote a healthier lifestyle.</p>
